These files accompany the work on the Projects page. The first ready-to-download files are two adaptable skills for Codex or Claude: a Jira issue workflow and a technical documentation peer review. Each package includes its own setup guide and files you can inspect before downloading.
SKILL 01 / ISSUE WORKFLOW
Jira issue workflow
Search issues, read their context, and create a specifically requested issue with a read-back. Supply your own Jira site, project, authentication method, and token.
Core issue operations were tested with a local response fixture; the setup guide explains how to connect your own Jira environment.
SKILL 02 / EDITORIAL REVIEW
Technical docs peer review
Review a topic or change for factual support, reader flow, structure, links, and language. Optional references cover DITA tasks, Oxygen comments, and issue context.
The package structure and installation files were validated for sharing and customization.
Writing examples
The source behind the improvements.
Ten before-and-after examples include historical source revisions, change patches, directly referenced media, and notes on later review. Explore the collection to see the work in context.
Other project files can be added as their setup, examples, and sharing rights are verified.
Use and customize
Three steps to adapt a copy.
01
Choose where to use it
For Codex, place the skill folder in ~/.codex/skills/. For Claude Code, use ~/.claude/skills/. In Claude chat or Desktop, upload the ZIP through Customize → Skills.
02
Connect your environment
For local Jira use, keep the configuration outside either skill folder, supply the API token through JIRA_API_TOKEN, and start with the helper's help operation. Hosted assistants need an authorized Jira connection to reach a private site.
03
Fit your practice
Use each package's README.md to adapt its instructions to your product, issue conventions, publishing system, and style guide.
